Refund & Returns Policy — Original Artworks & Sculptures

At MyArtAllawi, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully as it applies differently depending on the type of artwork purchased.

Original Artworks & Bronze Sculptures

Each original artwork is a unique, handcrafted piece created by Ahmed Allawi. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales of original sculptures, bronze works, and Arabic calligraphy pieces are final. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the artwork, dimensions, or materials.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissioned artworks are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. Any changes to the commission brief must be communicated within 7 days of placing the order.

Prints & Wearable Art

For prints, wearable art, and lifestyle products, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myartallawi.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For large-scale sculptures and international shipments, please contact us to arrange appropriate logistics.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return prints and lifestyle products within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Original artworks and custom commissions are excluded from this right.
